Is that what you're asking, because I have a whole list of those and given that you're someone who basically outlined Doomsday at the hands (paws, appendages) of these creatures, I'm sorely disappointed in you not having a Worst Case Scenario handbook for this, Hermann.


The possibility that:

Kaiju is more than just a form, it is a state of mind and that when one turns into a Kaiju, they risk losing their self/mind
- Additionally that, as the Kaiju were created to Hivemind with the Precursors, becoming a Kaiju opens a cross-dimensional link with the Hivemind
- Or opens a Hivemind link to THIS dimension's Precursors
- That the other half of the "Hivemind" Drift I currently am a part of becomes, in fact, corrupted or tainted by the presence of the Kaiju brain Hivemind
- That the other half of the "Hivemind" Drift I currently am a part of becomes instead the Precursor--the dominant/controlling brain--rendering me a puppet of their will

I am heavily toxic to the people I am around or the environment and my fiance may not even be able to touch me

I cannot transform BACK at will - Or I don't WANT to transform back

Someone decides to dissect me/imprison me - Don't even start with the ironies, I am well aware of them, Hermann

A. I'm not leaving you. Even if this doesn't go well, we'll nullify your abilities in the future until we can sort out how to handle them.

B. I understand all of these concerns and it's incredibly unfortunate we can't know any of these things for certain ahead of time- which naturally means testing will be necessary. But are you certain you're ready for it now?

C. I was originally asking if you thought something might happen before you managed any testing.

Well individually, they're all rather unlikely. But all percentages added together, it's overall concerning.

Your ability does imply that changing back would be at will as well, which in turn suggests you have some form of control. That scenario has a larger percentage of likelihood, but there are too many unknown factors to do more than arbitrary estimations.

Which would be why I'm not looking forward to this as much as you aren't. But I do hope my estimations are accurate.

I know I have been infinitely critical of your guesstimates and calculations in the past, but there is something very calming about your logic, dude. Just the way you lay it all out and if/then, proof it, precentages in our favor, what's likely to occur. It's not solid reassurance, but it's you. I like it. Accurate or not, you are amazing. And in case something goes south: you're the best, Hermann. I adore you, I admire you, and I love you to the ever-expanding "end" of the universe and back.

I get that, Hermann, but for clarity and political correctness and scientific correctness and because he's a friend: Draconian is Kang's PRIMARY form. There is nothing OTHER about it, just as there is nothing OTHER about my human form when I turn into a Kaiju. Kang isn't human. He may physically be human sometimes, but psychologically, culturally, he is Draconian.

I mean, if we want to discuss the notion of "human passing" that might be a good topic for a SELF meeting because...actually, now that I think about it, I'll ask him his thoughts later. But in answer to your question, I don't think any of you three could stop me... Just port me. I think I'll have too much mass on Kang at the very least.

...I don't know. Kang turns into something he's not, yes, but it's different. I'd love to meet a werewolf or someone else who turns into a thing they don't control...or don't fully control. But yeah, I intend to talk to Kang and SELF in general.

No, but further than building a larger power suppressor or a custom tracking device, your transformation is very biological in nature and I am not a biologist as you well know.

I'm the only biologist present at this experiment, let's be clear right off. Miles, Qubit, Kang...none of them bring anything useful to the table from a biological studies standpoint.

You are here because, as much as I like Qubit, Kang and that dork Miles, I trust YOU. Do I trust you to port me into the Sun? Not really, but I trust you to have my back when I'm vulnerable, to ask the important questions, to look at this from the perspective of a man who HAS seen a Kaiju and because I'm scared, Hermann, and you're the guy who has been there for five of the toughest years ever, the guy who I want with me forever. You're the person I'm taking home my data and ideas to. You keep me grounded. You saved me from the Kaiju once before.
