Mathematics

Logic- A subfield of mathematics exploring the applications of formal logic to mathematics.
Algebra- The study of mathematical symbols and the rules for manipulating these symbols.
Geometry- A branch of mathematics concerned with questions of shape, size, relative position of figures, and the properties of space.
Calculus- The mathematical study of change, in the same way that geometry is the study of shape and algebra is the study of operations and their application to solving equations.
Trigonometry- A branch of mathematics that studies relationships involving lengths and angles of triangles.
Statistics- The study of the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and organization of data.
Probability Theory- The branch of mathematics concerned with probability, the analysis of random phenomena.
Discrete Math- The study of mathematical structures that are fundamentally discrete rather than continuous.
Number Theory- A branch of pure mathematics devoted primarily to the study of the integers.
Abstract Mathematics- Pure mathematics is mathematics that studies entirely abstract concepts.

Physics

Mathematical Physics- The development of mathematical methods for application to problems in physics.
Theoretical Physics- A branch of physics which employs mathematical models and abstractions of physical objects and systems to rationalize, explain and predict natural phenomena.
Quantum Physics- A fundamental branch of physics which describes physical phenomena at scales typical of the quantum realm of atomic and subatomic length scales, where the action is on the order of the Planck constant.
Astrophysics- A branch of astronomy that deals with the physics of the universe, as pertaining to the nature of the heavenly bodies, rather than their positions or motions in space.

Computer Science

Communication and Information Technology- Centers around the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications, computers as well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage, and audio-visual systems.
Programming- A process that leads from an original formulation of a computing problem to executable computer programs.
Networking- A field of telecommunications in which a network which allows computers to exchange data.

Miscellaneous

Electrical Engineering- A field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.
Economics- The social science that seeks to describe the factors which determine the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services.
